Central Canada Division - Who We Are

Welcome to the International Association of Administrative Professionals Central Canada Division website.  Thank you for visiting. Our division supports IAAP members and chapters throughout the province of Ontario and some areas in Quebec.  If you have been searching for an organization to assist in your professional growth and thrive in today's office culture then you've come to the right place. If you would like more information about this division and the organization as a whole, please check out the "About Us" tab above.

The Central Canda Division is one of three divisions in the Canada District.  The Western Division serves IAAP members in the provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and Bristish Columbia; Eastern Canada Division serves IAAP members living in the the provinces of Quebec east of the St. Lawrence River, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia.

Members looking for division financial statements, bylaws and other member resources will find this information in the Members Only section.  As members, you will want to build your profile in the "Network" tab above.  Log onto www.iaap-hq.org and download the User Guide.  You'll soon be blogging, adding your voice to discussions about IAAP, participating in interesting eGroups, and learning more about your association.

Chapters in Central Canada Division

There are 16 chapters within the Central Canada Division.  Each chapter meets once a month, and provides professional development with ongoing educational programs, networking and roundtable discussions on business challenges.  By attending the chapter meetings you will be amongst your peers and belong to a supportive network of colleagues.

Pathways to Excellence

The IAAP Pathways to Excellence Recognition Program is designed to raise your value as a career-minded administrative professional by becoming a Member of Excellence, a Chapter of Excellence or a Division of Excellence. The program has a set of guiding principles and distinctions for each of these programs.     The criteria for Member of Excellence is a terrific guide to use for personal career development and to inspire you to be the best you can be.
